Weinstein Law Has Fought for East Texas Injury Victims Since 1987

A Recognized Personal Injury Attorney Who Gives as Much to His Community as He Does to His Clients

Jeff Weinstein grew up in Fort Worth, where his family ran small businesses. His great-grandfather helped build stockyards in Texas more than a century ago. His grandfathers owned a hardware store and an auto repair shop. His father ran a pharmacy. His mother was a realtor. The lesson he took from watching them: treat every person who comes to you like your favorite cousin.

Jeff took that philosophy to law school at Southern Methodist University, where he earned his J.D. in 1986, and then to the Dallas County DA's office, where he spent years prosecuting more than 300 jury trials to verdict. He learned how courts work, how evidence is built, and what it takes to win. In 1987, he passed the Texas bar and eventually made his way to Athens, Texas, where he opened Weinstein Law and committed himself to representing people who were hurt through someone else's negligence.

Today, Weinstein Law handles car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, brain injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases across Henderson County, Dallas, Kaufman County, and throughout East Texas. Jeff gives every client his personal cell phone number. He handles your case himself.
